Wow.....thanks so much for the encouragement! I was kinda down this morning because my doctor sent a note saying that I need to watch my carbs because my sugar level is in a pre-diabetic range. I do not want to get into health troubles.....so I'm gonna get down to business with getting this weight off and keep hanging…
