Saw the scales and I seem to have finally broken the 71.5 kg mark by 1kg ! :noway: I'm not getting too excited about it right now as I've 3-4 parties including weddings to attend over next few days. Wish me all the luck, I really dont want to gain and get stuck again. :sad:

Wow, I love this thread, still dont have a HRM, have bought one off amazon, a friend will carry it for me over to India in Dec. So I wont be able to post accurate calories burnt, maybe I'll join in Jan. Best of luck guys !

Dinos, I always enjoyed being outnumbered. lol. (send you an add request). Was not feeling very well today, so did only 3.12 miles. Brighter part is, I finished my months goal ! Darker side is, I still am stuck with the same weight for a month now. Can someone help me point out what am I doing wrong ?

Totally worked for me too, the goal made me walk more, everyday. I started this challenge mid month, hope to start the next one early with a target of 100 miles. Interesting ratio there Dinos ! lol

Welcome to MFP ! even I found it hard in the beginning to cope with all the hunger, but slowly when I started to eat right, the calories fallen in line. Patience & being regular is the key, all the best ! Feel free to friend me if you want.

All Wii fans here, so kill me guys, I'm on the PS3. :devil: I like it because it is a complete media hub for any home, plays blu-rays, etc. It did not had fitness titles before, but now they have started to appear, and I was thinking of getting the EA Sports Active 2, but will wait for some feedback.
