you should check in the community tab and check out the articles about eating back your exercise calories because you may not be eating enough. I wasn't able to look into your food diary but also make sure you are drinking enough water as well.

I like to cook mine with a lemon pepper seasoning and fresh lemon juice. Then i cook it in a non-stick pan (no additional oil needed) and put on top of a bed of fresh spinach. YUM!!

love the name you used! lol :) From what i have read and seen, lots of cardio since you can't "spot treat" fat. SLowly but surely it will go away

oatmeal, bananas, apples, melon, fresh spinach , romaine, grape tomatos, cranberries, tuna, yogurt, cottage cheese, carrots, celery, laughing cow cheese, etc i also have to make sure to have lots of chicken, groiund turkey, tilapia and salmon for dinners.

I have 3 more workouts until i finish the 9 week program. When i first started, I was unablet o do them as well but now I am actually pretty good at them. DO you have it for Wii or XBOX?

About 20 pounds down. I don't notice it as much as other people do. It still shocks me when they go "wow, you lost weight!"

i do egg-beater omelettes filled with veggies, turkey sausage and a multi-grain bread. i think the waffles made from oatmeal sounds great and I will have to Google it!!

I have been blessed to not lose much so far!! In fact, due to the rest of me getting smaller, they actually are appearing larger! I started out a full 38 DDD and i am at 34DD (which it's impossible to find bras at that cup and band size!)

i have noticed that things are overly salty or overly sweet after not adding any additional of these flavorings lately.

That is aweosme! You have come a long way! Great job! My husband bought me an elliptical a few weeks ago and I could only start out doing about 3 minutes but now i can last about an hour without feeling like i want to die! I love it and it is my new favorite piece of equipment!
