It took me about 6 weeks to lose my first pound. I actually gained a couple before losing. It takes time. Your body will catch up. Just make sure you log everything you eat and drink, including any alcohol. You should see results soon. Good Luck!

Feeling great after getting my butt to the gym today. I ran 5 miles in about 54 min..Been slacking after Christmas, I did something to my knee and been taking it easy. Gotta get back on track!

I was the same way. I would stay the same for a couple of weeks, then have a nice loss. It all evens out in he end. I hit my goal in January and when I calculated my loss per week, it was about a lb a week, what I had it set on.

I eat it every day with an apple. I get my peanut butter fix and not all the calories. I tried it on bread and in oatmeal, but just not the same. The apple makes it sweeter and I think they go great together. A great, healthy snack and I purchase mine from Amazon.

Uh no...she's probably all worked up over what happened and making herself sick. I had morning sickness with all 3 of my kids. It didn't start till around 5 weeks or so. There is no way she could get it that quickly. It takes time for the hormones to build up to the point to make you feel sick.

My polar FT7 does the same thing. It registers the machine to the left of me and also my machine. I never really gave it a second thought though. I just dont worry about it. There's nothing I can do to stop it and not using it is just not an option. I just try to go where no one is next to me.

I run on both, treadmill and outside. I do have a heart rate monitor. Its a Polar and I think I burn more outside but it's not a huge difference, maybe 75 cals more. I really can't compare the two side by side because when I'm at the gym, I also do circuit training and some other machines before I run. Tracy

Don't get discouraged. It took me 5-6 weeks to lose my first lb. I actually gained a couple of lbs before I lost anything. I hit my goal two weeks ago, and I'm so glad I didn't give up. It made me so mad to gain those 2 lbs when I was working so hard, too hard probably. It made more determined to not give up. Keep it…

I just hit my goal this week of 115. I started in August at 136. Last time I weighed about 115, I was in high school and I am 43 now. This journey has been particularly easy for me. I found a new love of running and that has really helped.
