I don't need support! I've lost 22 lbs, can run over 5 miles and I'm a 43 year old mother of 2 teenage daughters and my son will be 11. I'm gonna kick some Butt in 2012. I've never been in this good of shape before and it's only going to get better. Here I come and there is no stoping me!! Tracy

I think my husband and I will finish off our Christmas Ale. It will be poured in a frosted mug with the rim dipped in honey and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. They are Awesome!

In my first 6 weeks, I gained 2 lbs. I think I ate too little plus started exercising a lot. Not a good combination, but since then I have not had a gain since and it's been 4 months. Tracy

I just suck it up. I Keep drinking water and wait till I have my snack. When I go to work, I take 2 snacks and my dinner, since I work afternoon shift. I take absolutely no money with me, so that way all the food I take is the only thing I eat. Period! It's hard sometimes and I do get hungry but I try to space out my food…

I have had 1200 net cals since starting MFP in August. It's worked for me. I started out at 136 and today I am at 119. A few weeks I had some decent drops in weight but for the most part it's been a lb a week to a half a lb a week. I stay close to the 1200 but on exercise days I do eat a little more. Hi. I'm 5'5" and currently at 120 lbs. My highest weight last winter was 141 lbs. I've always been fairly thin. I do believe I have a small frame according to my wrist size and my overall body frame. Tracy

I started running about 4 months ago and my left hip hurt after I would run. I started icing afterwards and taking some naproxen sodium. I think they both helped alot. I also would stretch my hip before and after. I haven't had any pain in awhile, plus I only run every other day to give it a rest. Hope it feels better…
