Running - Go outside and play! You also get better looking legs out of the deal and a good dose of Vitamin D. If the weather is cool enough and you are lucky enough to have a best friend like mine - A Goldendoodle - take him along as well. Nothing better at the end of the day than a tired dog to go with great looking legs.

There is an APP for that. Couch to 5k or 10k. They are great and help one go from non-runner to runner is a matter of a couple months. 3 days per week gradually adding more and more time to your running interval. Get good shoes and an APP --- off you go.
