stretch, stretch and stretch! :) taking some ibuprofen before bedtime wouldn't hurt either. and keep going!

I have the same problem. I usually grab a small handful of dark chocolate covered almonds and chug some water. usually does the trick!

I used to drink about that much Diet Dew also... until I got kidney stones from it! i cut out pop cold turkey and switched to water (with lots of ice!) it was hard at first, mostly because of caffeine headaches but i got through it!(with some help from my good friend Excedrin ;) ) . I still have the occasional diet soda…

i need help too! about a month and half ago i drastically changed my diet and do cardio at least 4 days a week and have not lost an ounce!
