Just a little FYI, if hair is not 10 inches, they will accept it under the above guide lines and re sale it to offset their costs. Of course they do prefer it 10 + inches, but it all helps!

I have discovered, that my teenage girls drive me to the kitchen for stress eating! I am going to have to find another way to deal with them. I have had my thyroid tested several times, all show normal. I have not been able to lose, no matter how hard I try, and have gained 40 + lbs since May. Been trying a new supplement "iodine + 2" for a few weeks, so far I have more energy. Gonna try MFP with hubby and give it my all, wish me luck.
