I eat what I would normally , loss or no loss !!!

I weight in once in about 10-14 days at the mo as the scales dont seem to be moving much !!!!! Oh and naked :O)

I drink 1 maybe 2 bottles of diet coke everyday , not sure i want to give it up as i enjoy it too much . But if someone has evidence that this is not helping I will try to cut it out ... it wont be easy though !!!

Forgot to add i'm Denise 42 and looking to lose another 14 lbs or so ... lost 16 lbs already . Currently weigh 161 lbs but going down slowly :O)

Great question , I have never heard of this before . Lost 1lb this week but lost nothing the week before so may try this if i stay the same again next week :O)

I weigh once a week . Last week I stayed the same so I decided to measure instead , I will continue to measure if I am not loosing . Any measurement going down has to be an improvement :tongue:

Hi Kim I have been on here 8 weeks now and find it fits in with working full time as i log everything through the app on my phone and the people are so helpful and friendly . Thanks this sounds like great advise will look into pos changing from sedentary , I only put it as this due to having fulltime desk job .. but if it gives a better reading with the two together its an option for me :O)

Hiya 1200 calories is good if you are not active during your normal day to day life and dependent on what weight you are . I have lost 14 pounds in the last 8 weeks going with 1200 calories but if I exercise and burn calories I also use them up too ,its a good incentive to exercise :O) hope this helps .

HI ya Yeah I am more active than I thought I was too . But thanks for the advise :O) of to try a new fitness dvd without my fitbit on and will just log through exercise on MFP i think ..
