I have and do on super hot days after the shirt is drenched with sweat. However this decision was contingent with the loss of my man boobs!!

I would say pretty darn close! I am obsessive about getting each and every food accounted for (albeit Thanksgiving and days like that) but on every other day, including cheat days, I do my best to log everything as accurately as possible. I do not however weigh food but I do measure ingredients when I can (cup, 1/2 cup,…

Ran my final long warm up run (13.1) for my 1st half coming up in a week. I tried the Power Ade gel before hand along with a banana and a water bottle and it really seemed to help. I plan on getting a second one to eat around mile 7-8 for the actual event.

I couldn't run for almost three weeks a couple months ago from a sciatic nerve issue so I feel your pain! Back at it now and ran my longest run ever (13.1) last weekend!!

Have to say I agree! I count calories like a Mad Man and exercise 4-5 times a week but when it comes down to it, you have to eat healthy (for the most part). When I first started my routine almost 2 years ago, my sister (whom has been a fitness buff her entire life) told me that would make the biggest difference, eating!

Me? Yes and then some and loved every bite!!! Thats what the "good" days are for. As long as those types of meals are few and far between, you can afford one every now and then.

Awesome Awesome Awesome!!! I'm down 71 big ones myself! Don't you LOVE the feeling!!! Good luck with the last of it.

Good question however if its truly a "cheat meal", should you be worried about calories? LOL. I am curious though because I have not been able to anything physically active in about 3 weeks because of a sciatic nerve issue in my back and am slightly worried because of that.

Avacado and chicken chopped salad.

My (almost) daily crack habit that I also refer to as Starbucks is as followed (how I order it) "Venti iced Americano, no room, extra ice, one pump pumpkin spice" then I add a touch of half/half. It comes to about 40-50 calories. You can always add more syrup as well and/or have it served hot.

L3 definitely! It starts right above right butt cheek and down to just above right knee.

Very true! I have had little to no back pain since getting my weight under control (am at my "ideal" weight now) but this was, from what I can tell overdoing it. Had ran 10.5 miles Saturday, 6.5 Sunday, then went to bootcamp the next morning and felt it pinch while doing slider push ups. Went to work and tried to muddle…

Yes, have done the pillow trick for a few years now, can't sleep without it now.

Yes, been stretching a LOT!!

Elderberry? I'll give that a shot. I read about it and it seems as though it would be beneficial for a few things! Thanks!

Rest days can be just as important as work out days, TRUST me! I think that is half the reason I hurt my back. Also having everything laid out and ready to go is a must! The last thing you want to be doing at 4:30 a.m. when your'e trying to get out the door is find your socks or something. Good luck!
-
That is early but you have to just get into a routine. I have been hitting a 5:30 boot camp 3 days a week for going on 2 years now and am running with a group on Saturday mornings at 6:00 for the last couple months. I've been out the last couple weeks with a sciatic nerve pinch and my whole daily routine feels off now. How…

I put my phone on Rhapsody - Nine Inch Nails radio and let it go!

I guess you could call mine my new years resolution from 2012 and its still going pretty strong. Even though it was more of an after thought, I did start my regime on 1/16/2012.

1 scoop whey protein, whole banana, 1/3 cup raspberries, 2/3 blueberries, 1/2 cup skim milk and ice blended until smooth. It was HEAVENLY!!!

Good luck to you for sure! I recently eclipsed the 70 pound mark myself, started when I was 36. MFP can definitely help by helping you hold yourself accountable.
