Its normal not to see weight loss right away. It takes time and your body needs to adjust. Hang in there and don't give up!! It does come off...slowly but surely!!!! As they say, the weight didn't get there in a few days and it won't come off in a few days. :flowerforyou: Good luck!!:flowerforyou:

Well, I finally did it! I reached the 20lbs weight loss mark! It feels great!! Still a long road ahead but 20 lbs. less!!!!:drinker: :bigsmile:

Hate to say it but anything pre-packaged probably does have a lot of sodium. Your best bet would probably be to make your lunch. Maybe you could make it the night before. I love cucumber slices, a sandwich (usually tuna) and maybe some fruit or carrots. Maybe you could stash a bit of leftover dinner for lunch too!:ohwell:
