A while back I was trying on some new clothes but didn't quite fit into 14's. Well, I went shopping again today and ALL 14's I tried fit perfectly!!! I went from an 18 to 14!! Look out 12's! Here I come!!:bigsmile:

Goals question
How often do you redo your goals? I am down 20 lbs. and decided to go ahead and calculate my goals with my new weight. Was that a good thing to do? Or do you stay with the same goals throughout?:ohwell:
