Yes, I will so be making this. Thanks

I'm maintaining at about 1800 per day with no exercise. I cant wait to get physically better so I can go back up to about 2300. Its a bumpy ride and the scale may go up before it goes down, but after about a month for me it was smooth sailing. I had to do a metabolism reset before I could break the plateau though.

I've had success with IPOARM, also I use the Eating For Future You group, after following the Reset Your Metabolism group. So I went from about 1500 cals a day, to about 2200-2500 cals a day while working out, and, right now that I've been doing NO exercise for 7 months due to health problems, I've been maintaining at…

Thanks, gramanana. I do eat alot of really good food. Its easier for me to eat healthy since I dont eat many processed or packaged foods. Right now I'm missing peanut butter (haven't had it in over 3 years), honey and cheese the most. I'm working on not being so allergic through this "reset". I know I'll be better on the…

Chilis is pretty great re. allergies, also Qdoba gets an A, PF Changs,Outback, Fridays & Buffalo wild wings are ok. For fast food Wendys for basics, Jimmy Johns, Arbys, & Subway are ok. I always research online, & learn which places work for me. I've tried Olive Garden a few times with allergies, but they will literally…

I actually weigh less than the weight that was on my first drivers license. I'm 10 lbs less than I was at 16. GTFOF.I never changed the weight anytime I renewed. I was just lying to myself for about 20 years. I'll purposely change the weight next time.

Some days I feel consumed with all of this 'thinking' about food. Like I'm a little obsessed. Does anyone else feel this way?? I am completely obsessed, all I can do is laugh about it. I am allergic to strawberries, cocoa (all chocolate), peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, fish, shellfish, mangoes, papayas. Sensitive to red &…

I take boiled eggs, overnight oats with or without fruit added, fresh fruit, a homemade muffin (sugar-free, gluten-free), and keep rice cakes at work. I also do major food prep and always have whole meals ready that I can just grab and take with.

Dash of cinnamon, a tsp of nutiva coconut oil and rice milk. I used to be alot sugar and creamer person, having 3-5 cups a day. now i just have 1/2 to 1 1/2 cups per day. But, i'm an herbal tea junkie and have 3-6 of those per day now.

sounds delicious!

Way too many that will kill me. Fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, strawberries and chocolate. Then there are others I'm allergic to, but won't kill me, nightshade vegetables, mangoes, peaches, seeds, kiwi and vodka. It makes it difficult to eat anywhere but home. Just developed these killer ones about 3 years ago after…

Yeah, we're not friends. Weekend was eventful, as I'm in WV (Stormageddon) and we are basicaly waiting for the zombies to come get us right now. I love Beavis - especially Cornholio- I have his talking bobblehead on my dresser and every day he asks, "are you threatening me?" Have a good week.
-
yeah, im no help on this one. sounds delish!
-
Nothing yet today, for a change!

Also lately we've been doing the carb blast - diced cooked sweet potatoes-black beans- and a bit of swiss cheese in an omelet - this is mostly for heavy lifting days.
-
My favorite is black bean hummus. Black beans, chickpeas, lime juice, roasted red peppers, olive oil, garlic, cumin, blended until creamy. Love spread on toasted english muffins especially.

Yeah, I like food, almost all food. I've been vegatarian, vegan, raw, clean, organic, and a processed, non foodstuff (twinkie) eater. From now on, I'm going to eat mostly healthy and put less junk in my mouth, no matter in what form it comes. I dont have an argument for or against meat. I am not pompous enough anymore, to…

Wow, nice progress. Love the swimsuit, super cute.

Love this, very true.

This subject is near my heart . BTW, I think alcohol is pretty awesome. Its just not that fun for me anymore. Special occasions (weddings, vacations, crazy bad day) I'll imbide (every month or three), but every Tues ( live jazz), Fri ( end of week), Sat (wine tasting) & Sun (Brunch), not so much anymore. I dont see the…

Homemade ground turkey taco salad.

Umm, yes. The occasional alcohol is ok. The weekly or bi weekly is a little much. For me I've realized the more I workout the less I can drink as my body is metatbolizing it differently, and I really dont want a drink every week or even month anymore, because I 'm already zapped. Plus, alcohol makes me retain water for a…

I start over everyday - I log everyday now (fell off tracking during a vacation). I love to see what my friends are doing, as them just doing something, helps keep me accountable. I also log every bad food choice I make, this is a lifestyle not a diet. You all can add me.

All my research is pointing toward me having metabolic syndrome, which may be a major factor in my midnight eating. I am working on a game plan now to hopefully get rid of the midnight monster!

quoted this so i can remember the website- thanks

I am a midnight snacker, and a sleep eater, have been since i was very young. It took me years to realize my blood sugar drops drastically a few hours after I go to sleep. I try to portion out snacks ( i mean weigh & prepackage) so that if and when i wake up ravenous i already know what i'm eating. If it is before midnight…
