I'm a Gap girl also when it comes to Jeans. I have long legs and they're the only ones I've found that don't make me look like I'm wearing Pee-Wee Herman-style floods. The Long and Lean and boot cuts are my faves.

I'm 6'0" and my initial goal was 155 (which I hit a few weeks back) but in the meantime, I tired out a bone size calculator that someone posted on the forums and learned that I actually have a small frame. I'm with Rae and Mesha on this one. I've done it both ways so I can honestly say that the results are so much better when you add strength training to your fitness regime. I totally hear you on that not having much muscle mass part. I've always have disproportionately high lower body strength and almost no upper body…

Me too, although I have to say, it's actually turned out to be kind of a good thing. So much easier to avoid candy when you're forced to cut chocolate out of your diet.

I make my own generally. Olive Oil, rice wine vinegar, a little Dijon, a pinch of salt and some fresh ground black pepper. Really good and you know exactly what's in it.
