I hope this works.. I'm 5ft.. Here i am in the photo on the right. On the left i was 15 pounds (or 7kgs) heavier..I really didn't think i had that much back fat! Hmm the whole picture isn't showing?

I do mine at lunch time while the kids are asleep or after they have gone to bed as i usually go for a run around 8am. They get up early enough that i seriously couldn't beat them to it and i would hate to be interrupted with them waking up :) However i do love exercise in the morning that's why i make sure i do the run…

I didn't take breaks but didn't fee like i needed them. Though it was the only exercise i did the whole day. I am starting the ripped in 30 days but i will be taking 1 break day a week as i am running 5 days a week :)

Thanks everyone. Rest day today yay. Total mileage for last week was just shy of 21 miles. Hmm can't really do heavy squats without going to the gym or buying weights.. I only have hand weights :(

I know how you feel..I'm 5ft and have had 2 kids and have that pouch, its more just loose skin now with lovely stretch marks. It has tighten up a bit but i'm doing a lot of exercise. I'm the lowest weight wise i've been in years!! But the stomach doesn't make me look light at all. I have some pictures how do i add them?
