  • Hi! I haven't tried that workout video, but I'm active in yoga (hot yoga; three times a week). My body is beginning to tone; as you burn fat and build muscle. Yoga has been my form of exercise for 2 1/2 years. Enjoy learn to pose and seeing the benefits :D)
  • Hello! I'm a secretary and most of my time is spent behind the desk. Today, may office-mate and I starting walking around the entire building, which takes approx. 7 minutes. We do this every hour and it helps. I also like to snack so I've added fresh fruit and I'm thinking about veggies. Small steps :D)
