I haven't seen any specialists. If I were in your shoes, and exercising like you are, I would ask for more guidance, but I assume for me it's just a normal part of pregnancy, a lot of weight and pressure directly over an area that isn't used to it.

I'm due 01/18 and my first shower is this coming Sunday 11/02. My main shower will be 11/15. I wanted to have mine early simply because I always feel bad when I go to a baby shower and the mom is so big and miserable and can't enjoy the day, and I didn't want to be that way.

I had a lot of headaches in my first trimester and Tylenol does nothing for me. I'd just suffer through the day and put a heating pad on my neck and shoulders, and an ice pack on my head when I got home.

Wow, crazy dreams! I still am not having many vivid dreams, but I've come to realize that it's probably because I'm not going into deep sleep at all through the night. I feel like I'm half-awake all night so, I'm probably not dreaming.

Does anyone else feel like the 2nd trimester is taking forever?? And they say the 3rd drags the most! :(
