The fact that I've had the same songs on my ipod for a year and I HATE about 75% of them! I also hate how my earphones won't stay in my ears, and the ipod strap I have seems to be made for a man with 30" biceps!

Tell the doctor to do a full bloodwork test. I had chest pain as a sympton when my gallbladder was failing. The bloodwork showed something off with my pancreas, which then led to the testing for my gallbladder. I can't believe your doctor hasn't ran any bloodwork. I use ChaLEAN Extreme for my weight lifting & Abs. The weather is getting warmer so on cardio days I'll be jogging outside. But if I can't get out for a run I will substitute a cardio dvd from CLX or P90X. Also, I typically do 25 minutes of yoga with Rodney Yee at 4:45 in the am Monday - Friday. Cool! I will leave it on tonight. I've noticed that as soon as I was the mask off, the zits appear a little better, but then usually come back in full force after my morning shower.

You are so funny :laugh: When we go, DH and I split the chicken, steak & shrimp fajitas. He eats his as normal and I ask for extra shredded lettuce and make myself a salad out of that and the fajitas. I'll eat a few chips & salsa but I get my salsa fix by using it as my salad dressing. Another thing I have to consider is not knowing at what pace I'm running. The track I'll be running (at our fairgrounds) is 3.1 miles, so I guess it will be trial and error timing the first few times I get out there.

When I was like 18 my sister borrowed this book from someone called The Six Day Diet, or something along that line. You went through and figured out what "type" you were and it gave you a meal plan.
