  • I agree with you. It is all an estimate any way - unless you have way to truely count every calorie burned or eaten.
  • I have done it off and on for the past 2 years - SO love it. I know that my body changes for the good everytime I do it. I have never done level 3 - I tend do Level 1 one day and Level 2 another day that way I do not get bored.

  • I was stuck at a stall and someone suggested I eat more. I did and I started to lose rather quickly!! You have to really just keep changing things up or you will stall. However eating back SOME - not ALL of my exercise callories is working for me.

  • Going to have Ham and yummy sides. Then going to get in the pool and swim - hopefully I will burn some of it off.
  • I take fruit and vegitables on most days as my snack. The other day I packed a small container of hummas to dip my vegi's in it was yummy. I did not refrigerate it, tasted fine to me. I also like to take dry roasted edammame- very high in protein.

  • I am a school teacher - this happens all the time where I work. Just eat as normal as possible or try to just eat lighter - stay away from greasy and spicey stuff.

  • What kind of workout schedule did you follow- what exactly did you do to get your stomach that FLAT!! At my heaviest I was 180 and have gotten as low as 140 - but my stomach was never that FLAT.
