You can not judge what people consider exercise. Each of us is at our own personal stage. If light housekeeping is banned then slow walking should be as well, then what, when YOU get to YOUR next level are you going to ban the next thing??? Instead of calling others lazy, maybe you should encourage.

That is why it is recommended to take measurements as well. Weight is not always accurate. Muscle outweighs fat, so I would rather be 150 and toned than 140 and flabby. Who cares what the scale says anyway? I am more concerned in how I feel and how my clothes fit... that is what keeps me going.

Sort of.... you just need to do you and let her do her. You continue to do what you feel is right and if she starts gaining her weight back let her know that you are willing to help her learn a healthier lifestyle.
