You can measure out the amount needed for your recipe, and fill pot with water and swirl it around to give it a good rinse. Most of them sink to the bottom and wont empty out into the sink when you drain it without a strainer. As long as most of the excess water is poured off you should be good.( I don't use a strainer).…

I have a ww recipe I still make... only 1pt so around 100 cals. Chocolate Brownie muffins Betty Crocker low fat brownie mix 3 cups Bran Flakes 2.5 cups water 2 heaping tsp baking powder soak branflakes in water for 7 mins, add brownie mix and baking powder and bake at 350 in mufffin tin. 20 mins or so. sound very delish :) If you use the fat free evaporated skim milk it would less calories, but I wonder if it would change the integrity of the pudding? I may try it using the fat free.

I will sometimes put a piece of ginger root in my water bottle... tastes good and helps to digest!!
