  • Hi there. Have you tried Tesco? I've not tried it myself, but I think they do a basic one for about £35. I have a Polar, it's a bit over engineered for my needs and it's on the blink so I'd be interested to know if anyone has used the Tesco ones.
  • Hi there - try increasing the amount of protein you eat. It makes you stay fuller for longer. Lean chicken or turkey, cottage cheese etc. A good 200 cal breakfast on the move is a protein bar, I like the Promax chocolate. Keeps me from feeling hungry for hours. Hope that helps!
