Of course. I do my workouts in the morning. Some people say that working out before breakfast is actually better than doing it later in the day, but I don't know how much of that is true. I've been working out in the mornings because it definitely gets done that way and I don't have to worry about it all day :)

Congrats!!! Getting to the 130s is my next goal- I've been stuck in the 140s since December!! Great job :) I'm like you- I'll get on & off the scale a few times... maybe I'll take a walk around the house or something and get on again... and only then will I believe it haha.

I just joined MFP 2 nights ago so haven't lost anything since then yet (to the best of my knowledge)... but so far in my weight loss journey I've lost 17.2 pounds :) 23.8 more to go!

I'm 5'5" and have weighed as little as 117 in my adult life. I have a small frame and it looked really good on me. My current goal is 119, but I wouldn't mind 117 again. Message me, and I can send you pics of what I looked like at that weight.

I just did Level 1, Day 1 today as well :) While I do the Shred, I'll also be training for a half marathon, so results should be interesting!

I'm running my first half marathon in the end of May. I'm using Hal Higdon's 12-week novice training plan, as recommended to me by many members on DailyMile. I like that it uses tapering and doesn't increase weekly mileage too fast. A quick Google search will pull his website up :)
