In her workout 2 video she says something like, "If you have 20s, use those. Someone loved these guys more than I do and we only have 8s. Just use the heaviest you have." for one of the exercises. As a recovered anorexic, I can attest to the fact that you *do* lose weight (and quite quickly) by eating very very low calories. However, you have to keep it up to keep the weight off. After recovery, I gained weight extremely fast because my body was preparing for me to starve it again. Just something to keep in mind.…

For me, it goes away when it's not a deliberate kick. If I take it easy and let it go naturally it feels fine.. it's when I try to put effort into it that it hurts. I'm gonna try to focus on my butt instead of my legs next time and see if that works.

I do! I was worried, because she's talking about how the move shouldn't hurt & we can put our all into it, and the whole time I'm wondering what's wrong with me. It's such a weird feeling- not exactly pain, but definitely cramping.

I did day 4 yesterday, so I'm another first week-er. I was SO sore up until yesterday. Now I just have little remnants of soreness in my chest. This morning when I was shaving my armpits, I noticed that they were tender when I put pressure on them haha. Oh Jillian... I love/hate you so...

Mine's set at 1270. I'm 5'5" and weigh 141.8 and work out everyday. I always eat my exercise calories back :) ETA: I have it set to lose 1.5 pounds a week.
