Lets say i need to consume 2400 calories a day, what happen if i consume less from that ?? for example like 1700 calories a day,I will still yet lose weight ?

OK,and just asking is it normal for me to eat breakfast at 11 in the morning ,because usually i wake up at 9 something in the morning ,and did some exercise,i will eat my breakfast a bit late

I bought a dvd *biggest loser workout * ,i've done the routine too several times a week but yet i lose ONLY 1 pounds a week

thanks .i do EXERCISE EVERYDAY,i go jog every morning and evening up and down the hill , and i even go to gym several times a week but yet i found that its hard for me lose weight

HI, im eating 1 half boiled egg without egg yolk and mushroom soup in the morning ,for lunch , i will eat RICE and for dinner too i will eat rice but i will cut down the amount of it , RICE is like essential here , is it balanced diet ?
