Actually I felt fine all day long and even today. Since I stayed within my calorie goal, and grease has never really bothered me, I am good. I've been doing great with moderating my food intake but sometimes you just wanna splurge a little.

It's as simple as Calories in / Calories out. Eat less than you burn/ need to survive. MFP gives you the tools to give you a rough estimate of how much you need to eat. Get a food scale, log everything accurately and stay within your calorie goals. It really is that simple. Without being accurate and simply eating less or…

Welcome! MFP can certainly change your life if you let it. Feel free to add me as a friend (and anyone else, too). The more support the merrier. Cheers!

Good luck. Starting off is always the hardest but it does get easier with time. I've sent you a friend request.I could use all the support I can get, too. Cheers.

When I first lost weight a few years ago (320 lbs down to 185 lbs), I didn't notice a difference until around 220 lbs (especially in the face), but I received compliments from co-workers around 240 lbs. It's hard to notice or even accept the difference when you're constantly looking in the mirror and hoping but eventually…

I lost 130 lbs 4 and a half years ago and I gained all but 25 lbs of it back. I simply started easing back in to my old eating habits and not controlling my cravings. It makes me angry, sad and ashamed but I know I'm gonna lose it all again. I'm tried several times in the past couple of years to eat properly again and lose…

It clearly states on their commercials that the product should be used with a well-balanced diet and exercise. Why then would you need the product? Seems like common sense to me.

I love Black Ops 2. I loved the first one as well. I play them both on the PC with an xbox controller. I'm not a hardcore gamer, I just play for the enjoyment. So far I enjoy BO2 more than the first one and it runs a whole lot better, too.

I love Halo. Can't wait to get an Xbox again so I can play Halo 4 and the older titles. Feel free to add me (that goes for anyone) and maybe we can play sometime once I replace my broken console in the next month or so. XBL: NotBartSimpson I suck, too, BTW. I play for fun. I don't really care about winning or losing as…

I love Steam. Been a member for many years and I hate it when a game is available on Steam. It's a great service with some great sales usually. The Steam sale(s) this year were kinda lame compared to previous years, but Amazon made up for it with their Steam redeamable sales.

T-Dog was okay. I could take him or leave him. I like the Dale character. I was annoyed by Shane and was glad to see him go, but I do miss him a little now. I wish they hadn't made him go so crazy.

I love bread and cheese, too. I buy light wheat bread (35 calories per slice compared to 70 of normal wheat) and fat free cheese slices (30 calories per slice compared to 70 for American). That alone kills 110 calories per sandwich and allows me to have more to eat when I want it.
