Atkins.com is a good site to check out. It has lots of tools and shows you what you should eat and how to do it.

I would do atkins... just be careful cause you will gain back your weight you lose and possibly more when you go off of it... I have been on it before and am trying it again cause it does work. 2 weeks of 20 carbs a day. It is not alot but you will be amazed at what you can eat that is low carb. My fridge is stocked up…

I always stop losing weight when I add the atkins bars... I know its not the best idea but I usually stick to 20-30 carbs a day no matter what.
