Yes...doors, walls, door frames. My DIL came in the other day...I didn't hear her because I was washing my Washing Machine!!! I hate a dirty washer and dryer!!!

I take one day a month....that I don't count anything I eat. I had Chinese last Sunday. I LOVE it....But I did see that I was getting lots of vegs and shrimp. But I'm still a sucker for Lo Mein Noodles. So that was in my sights! Just couldn't eat as much as I use to! So just take a night off and enjoy! Stick with your vegs…

I see it as a Heart Attack waiting to happen. That much of a calorie burn can't do anything but send your body into shock. Course Age and Weight would have a factor in there too. And like some one said...I'd be too tired to eat!!!

I do as much as I can too....and I do look at the diaries....Gives me some good ideas for food choices too. When I have extra time...I even get to read the boards!!! But I have some really wonderful and helpful friends too.

I was told to walk on an incline with mine.... it helps...Mine will totally give out once in awhile. But I know when I feel the tingley twingy to start backing off and slow down. So far its gotten stronger but if I push it to hard...it lets me know.
