I DVR all the shows that I like at night...and watch them while I'm on the TM. Makes the time go faster....plus I don't feel like I'm sitting my life away in front of the TV. LOL!!!! Or I listen to an Audible Book. Sometimes a good one can really take you away!

I log everything...but 0 calorie drinks. I drink mostly water anyway...so a Diet DP once in a while I don't really worry about logging. I logged a snowcone one day..and was shocked at the calories it said it had!!!! If I ever get another one of those at the ball park...it would have to be sugar free!!!!! OMGOOSHHH!!!

I find that I shop more AROUND the store then in the middle!! LOL!! Most the CLEAN foods are around the parameter. I've just noticed this when I'm making out my list! And I end up in the Heath Foods Section more too...LOL!!! You got lots of great ideas for your list!

I just got this one!!! My Treadmill reads from my palm..I didn't give it any info... my HRM...knows my age and sex...thats about it. The HR on the Treadmill and HRM are really close...I've compared them too. I don't think I could wear something around my chest. Straps really bother me. Rubbing wise...

I'm having that same problem...mine is running about 300 higher then what my Treadmill says...and when I run some...it was almost 800 diffrence. I wanted to use it to tell how many calories I burn while doing weights or walking a trail. Now I'm not sure either..my HRM is from Wal Mart and says to check your HR often to get…

I think "C" would be perfect....I was DD down to almost D...I look like Sherri Shepard...all boobs and no butt and little legs! I hate it..Clothes don't fit right and you have to buy larger tops just to go around...then the sleeves are to long and the body to long! Oh well....At least like some have said...I'm healthy!!…

Term may be wrong...but it is a fact. Like it or Not. Any trainer will tell you that. AND I see one did. You will lose the lean if you don't get the right amount of protein. I worked out HARD didn't eat what I should have been. I was in eating less mode. Never lost weight...changed up my plan...worked out a little…

A man thought I was my grand daughters mother at the park the other day. I just thought he needed an appointment with the eye doctor! :laugh: I still a healthier me...my daughter says I glow. Ya got some great advice all ready...so all I can do is add my two cents.... PROTEIN SHAKES!!!! I couldn't eat back my calories...in my head...it was telling me to cut calories to lose weight. It don't work! I lost lean...I needed to lose FAT. Eating them back and making sure I got the protein numbers up...the weight…

All I drink is water...but for a Dt Dp or Tea once in awhile. I don't drink after 5...much. LOL!! But I'm in bed by at least 8. I'm up at 3 to get ready for my day and work out. So ALOT of my water is early morning. I'm up and down about every 2 hours anyway...but thats from a tilted bladder. Guess I'm use to it. But…

I do this for breakfast after a workout. 3 strawberries 1 cup of frozen fruit 1 cup of coconut milk (vanilla) 1 Tbsp Medamucil If I have any Cuties...I throw one of them in too. 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt Super Yummy!

I'm 5'2'....starting weight was 190!! After I got over that shock...that I wasn't taking care of myself..(taking care of elderly MIL got me down.) Now I'm down to 175 so far. April goals for me are to....stay the course...a pound a week is good. I keep telling that to my self any way. I've gotte so much better at watching my portions and counting the calories, without changing my diet to much. I've cut most the sugars out...starches...and breads. Still have some once in awhile. Lots of veggies…

Yes to the scales and cups and spoons!!! I even use a smaller plate. Instead of the Dinner plate, I use the salad plate. My plate will look full! With your scales you will be surprised at how much of some things you can eat...and others...how LITTLE!! LOL!!!
