I've been playing around with after work out protein drinks/smoothies. May favorite one I've found recently is...

    Ice
    Vanilla protein powder
Coffee (whatever is left over in the pot from that morning)
    1 TBS of Peanut butter
    1 TBS of chocolate chips

Blend until smooth... Has less than 300 calories and is YUMMY!

This is mine after a really good run:

    2 cups frozen berries
    2 scoops whey protein isolate
2 cups greens (spinach or mixed)
    1 frozen banana
    1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
2 cups cold brewed coffee, black
Blend, then I add 2 tbsp of Salba (like chia seeds, but better)
    YUM :)

1 banana, 1 cup pineapple, 3/4 light coconut milk, 3/4 greek yogurt, 2 cups spinach, 2 tablespoons coconut flakes, ice, 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder. Makes 2 servings.
