Bump! Gotta have these...

I fell off the wagon last month, but I'm back to try again. It doesn't seem to help me if I don't check in. Funny, how it helps to be accounted for my actions! So, 9 pm it is, and two days down. I'm really hoping I can get to my weight goal this month. Only 4 pounds to go.

I never liked breakfast. Can't wake up earlier than I do (6 am), I'm already half dead in the mornings (kids keep me up, don't ask). I rather work out at night. I'm not hungry until 2 pm, but I can eat out the pantry at 9 pm. I can eat out the pantry 9 pm even if I have a huge breakfast (brunch)! So, I get up at 6 am,…

Reese's peanut butter cups. What does RESIST means????
-
If you don't count that time when I ate 5000 calories within an hour by just consuming peanuts and Reese's peanut butter cups....I would say, I never backslide!!!!!! Oh, wait, that was that other time with the ice-cream bowl...Do we have to log Thanksgiving or holidays are exempt? And is thinking really hard an excersise??…

When I look strong and healthy. I was 142 pounds and I want to be 132. The 10 lb is on my hips! I call them Mickey Mouse Ears. Right now I'm 135 and very happy, because after starting to work out on a regular basis with the WII Actice, I look better than I thought I will be! After 3 kids, you know....I'm glad I don't look…

And this is why Victoria's Secret came up with the world's best bras. For a small fee I look like I'm 16 again...............

When I gain weight, it's because I'm eating instead of dealing with my issues. Stress, divorce, sleepless nights watching over my daughter in hospitals...Feeling sorry for myself, feeling angry about being helpless, you name it! So, when I gain weight, I know for me it wouldn't be the best approach to say: hello, how about…

Saturday I did it, Sunday we had friends over and cooked out and I lost track of time...I actually don't remember If I ate after 9 om or not?:grumble: Last night I went to bed at 7 pm so I know I was a "good girl!"

I buy it from Costco, "Akai berry juice with Blueberries" and I think it tastes good. (It might be the cheapest way to pay for it too....) However, 8 oz is 140 cal, so I only dring 4 oz every morning. My family has a long history of cancer, so I try to consume lots of antioxidants. :drinker:

Thank you for all you support against the attacking Reese's cups. I defeated them last nigth and stopped eating 1 1/2 hour before my cut off time. Yeay! I hope you all having a healthy-happy day!:flowerforyou:

If I eat a lot of fruit or veggies like cucumber, I'm too full sometimes to drink too. I started to drink during the night too, when I wake up (I have 3 kids, trust me, I'm up a lot... ) I also have 16 oz bottles in my car, it seems to help remembering to drink during the day. At night I make myself a huge cup of…

Awww, that's the cheekiest cat I've ever seen! How about your sleep? You said you are under a lot of stress, I'm guessing you're not getting enough rest either. This could hold your metabolism back too, right? Give yourself a little time for your life to get less stressful, meantime don't give up what you're doing;…

Turn off the tv. (If it's on, I find myself amused enough not to work out) Tell everyone "I'm going to work out from 8-8:30!" They will be looking at you like: hey, it's 8, so are you gonna, or what? Blackmail yourself "I can't have my (blank) until I work out today!" Find something you really enjoy, the first 3 times it's…

So, I'm in the living room half an hour after my cut off time, reading my book, and all of a sudden, out of nowhere, a handful of peanuts and a few Reese's peanut butter mini cups just JUMPED on me and tackled me down! I was cut off guard and helpless...I felt so invaded! It was horrible. I really need to get those out of…

Tonight I ate a snack at 9:30, half an hour after my cut off time. I knew I will get sidetracked by my "almost there" confidance! The total calories I ate are pretty good (will put me under my goal weight at this point...even if it was more than the "allowed amount" of calories) To be honest, because I'm so close to my…

I won't, if you are doing them for 3 years now. I would try to find a very different excersise to "wake up" my muscles. I'm a walker too; I just got a WII Active and boy, the inches are coming off and my body is in shock to what's happening! I see deffinition in my arms and abs and my pants fit again. Good luck and have…

There are a few things I simply cannot eat, like liver, and eggs. My father made a lifestile out of how to "hide" those in food that I won't know it's there (fried mushrooms stuffed with seasoned rice and liver, for example...) The hiding never worked, and I gagged....still don't eat them. I can't even stand the smell of…

Well, I guess that's good news (that I'm burning more calories than I think...) Maybe I won't change it and fool myself not to eat that 50-100 cal. No wonder I'm losing weight!
-
I have WII Active and when I created my profile it asked my weight, height, etc. It tells me during and after the excersise how many calories I'm burning, burned. Are they really off, do we need to re-count?
-
Two nights ago I had a healthy snack after my cut off time (still, I didn't go over my calorie limit- and that's good news for me, as I usually start to binge if I feel it's a day to count my losses!) Yesterday I was back on track with my cut off time. Thanks for all the support !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :flowerforyou:…

I had to take a week of last week from working out because my daughter and I was medivaced to Seattle Children's. I watched what I ate and I didn't gain an ounce- (like I usually do in the hospitals, because I'm sitting next to her bed but eating like I'm running around!!!) So no, as long as you are careful about your…

After I logged all the food I ate and realized it was too much, I sarted to make better choices for the same food I like and always eat. For example, I like mexican, so instead of the 180 calorie tortillas I bought 50 cal tortilla, and put fat free sour fream and fat free cheese on them. I saved 300-400 cal on it! Writing…

Made it another night. I only have 2 more lb to go...I hope I can keep it up and not get cocky and eat everything because "now I can"! :blushing:
-
No, I didn't feel that, but we also had one today at 3:30 here in Juneau, Alaska. We almost never have earthquakes, so I'm sure it will be on the front page tomorrow...
-
I made it through another night!

I make "goodie-bags" for myself for the same problem. I count out things into zip-lock baggies, it's easy to track how much I'm eating and log it in. Ideas for bags: 25 almonds (160 cal) ;dried apricots, 8 pieces (100 cal); home made muffins, made in the miniature pan size, to fool myself, about 40 cal each mini muffin,…

I don't know how to count my 3 am eating on Thursday morning (since we were medivaced and I didn't had a chance to eat between 10:30 am and 3 am) so if I don't count that as "late nigth snacking" (lets call it surviving) then I made it 4 nights, so far. And I even walked for excersise.... We are home btw!!

Well, well, well. I got medivaced to Seattle's Children's Hospital with my girlie Wednesday, so between being in two different ERs, two ambulances and on a small airplane for a total of 30 hours, I 'm not sure I passed the challenge last night! The only food they had was trail mix, I didn't eat between 10:30 am and 3 am,…
