I did a week of level 1 right before I went on vacation, now I'm back and I'm going to start level 1 again tomorrow because I had 2 lazy weeks of no exercise....bad bad bad. Anyway, weel 1, day 1 tomorrow!

I plan on starting Level 2 tomorrow, I've done Level 1 for 7 days and I'm getting bored of it although it is still a challenge.

Day 6, Level 1 today. Damn I wish I had measured myself before hand, I've lost almost 5 lbs in 2 weeks though and am definitely seeing a difference, overall my body just feeling harder and more toned. Today is Day 5 of level 1, ended up falling back a little because I'm trying to do the 6 week 6 pack at the same time. It's hard to get through both but I'm noticing a difference and it's keeping me motivated!

I find that especially for a person starting out one of the best things to do is a relatively short workout video. The pros of this are that you can do it right in your livingroom with little to no equipment and the fact that it is shorter will make it less daunting. I'm restarting the 30 day shred for March, day 1 was yesterday and I'll be doing day 2 as soon as I get home from work tonight. I'm also starting the 6 week 6 pack...wish me luck! Did both yesterday and I am sore!!! Add me! Lets stay motivated!!

No, your totally right! I did the shred for 7 days last month and was totally noticing a difference in that short amount of time, but then I ended up falling off because I got the flu, but I started fresh again yesterday, good luck!

I agree Moby **** was god awful! I read about 50 pages or so and was gonna persevere (even though it was pretty terrible) but then I got to the section where he just describes types of whales for 30 page...WHAT?!?! Needless to say I gave up.

Everybody has those days. I think the key is not to get too down on yourself and just start fresh tomorrow. Too many people have a bad day and then just quit all together so be confident! Today is a new day! Good Luck!!
