If you have an idea of how many calories you are burning you can create your own in the database. Other than that there is a formula for calculating the calories burned but that gets a bit complicated. Sorry not much help here. Pam

I use Chobani 100 yogurts with 1/4 cup healthy granola. If I need more I have egg whites~up to 4. Works great for me. I just started with a trainer & he explained it is very important to add healthy complex carbs in the morning, so I added the granola. Notice a big difference. The high protein keeps me satisfied longer.
