I agree with Full or Win. Also, in my opinion daily walks are fine. I see no problem with moving everyday as long as you are not going to full force that you burn out. That really depends on the person though...

I log most of it the day before. It helps me plan the day and not stray from it. Dinner may be left blank but I find having breakfast and lunch and snacks logged and knowing what's left for dinner helps a lot. Especially in my office where daily temptations are ever present.

I cook steel cut oats in water and usually add cinnamon, a little brown sugar and raisins... or cinnamon, walnuts and banana. Great thread with lots of ideas!
