Cats are cool, we have 2, my dog wants to play with them all the time but they have other ideas. They run away from her and my dog looks at me and cries. I guess you have to be there but it is funny.

sodium is a tough one for me to meet but it is important to your health. all 2500 is not needed but you do need some. I don't know exactly how much. It is probaly differant for everyone. Carbs are fuel...how much fuel do you need??

Carbs are carbs are carbs. Get an educated goal and stay with it. Everybody is not the same. You will be fine.

Glad to see people are rescueing our friends, mine are too. We have 2 cats (sisters) and one mix bred mutt. Pooper & Patches are the cats, Angel my dog. Love em to death.

Flavor packets work great, You just have to put in your head. You will get used to it. It won't be long that a can of Coke will taste like syrup. I can tolorate diet 7-up or Sera Mist, but not much of it. Plain water is still the best for you they say. I don't know who "they" are.
