I have a difficult time fitting it in to my schedule too....I found I do best when I set a specific time for it. I try to treat it the same way I would an actual appointment. Even then though it doesn't always happen. Good luck!

Hey Susieb! It looks like we're in the same situation. I have about 5 more pounds to go to get to my prepregnancy weight but I don't want to stop there. Are you doing the 30 day shred everyday? Today will be my third day and my legs hurt bad! I wasn't sure if I should just work through the pain or take a day off? Good luck…
