I agree, I do eat junk, but less often and smaller amounts than I used to. I'm one of those people that can't be told that I can't have a certain type of food. I immediately overeat that one thing. I find that when I allow myself to have a little bit of sweets, I'm less crazy and it's easier for me be successful.

Ok, where is the food? That doesn't look like enough to me, I know I would be starving by the end of the day. I agree with everyone else, you're breakfast looks ok, but you need to trade "fruit flavored" snacks with actual fruit, so that you get more out of your calories. Cold sugary cereal is a weakness for me, so on a bad day, I know I sat down and ate an entire box of fruity pebbles in one sitting. And then an hour and a half later had another big bowl! <This girl can definitely put it away when she allows herself to!!!! :laugh:
