my braces work well for me, but they have metal in both sides to act as support (not cheap ) try a brace from a pharmacy and see if it does anything for you.

i have an app on my phone that does it. i do about a 5 min warm up first. then full out run as fast as your legs can go for me its about 6.5 to 7.0 for 30sec .. then jump onto the sides for 10 sec (feels like 2seconds lol) then jump back on and full out run again.. do this for 8 reps. and vola tabata workout!

when i first was told about it i was like 4 mins is like nothing oh boy was i wrong. i agree 3000% "hardest damn thing i have ever done"

i do it on the treadmill, speed it up too 7.0 (for me thats fast haha) then sprint for 30 sec (go by super slow) then jump on the sides for 10sec then back on for 8 reps.. doesnt seem like much but i was crazy out of breath and my heart was beating soo loud!

i had a beta fish that my cat knocked out of his fish bowl and smucked down on the wood floor and once i found him (thought the cat got a fish for lunch) he was flopping around, still lived another year after that. (where the cat could no longer get to him)

i do allow my self a cheat day every sunday i dont work. i dont go crazy but i allow myself to eat what i want within reason. I log everything though just so i know.. But i also do 1.5 ish hours of cardio 4 days a week.

give it time, your not going to see huge changes in a week. Slow and steady wins the race. drinks lots of water.

i stepped on my scale with my jeans on just now, and then with them not on there was a difference of 2 ibs . Hope that makes you feel better <3. Dont let one weigh in get you down. there are going to be weeks you dont lose, or ever gain. Happens to all of us at some point. Just push for a better week, the next time. :)…

there is also a web site i found "fatburn.com " there is a tab that says free tools, go to that then at the bottom of the list is one called Burning Calories while exercising. take a look at that and see if your number compare, then maybe add something in the middle of it all.

the only machines that i go with what it says are the ones that ask your age. weight ect.. only because without knowing all that it really is just your "average" persons cal burned. usually a little high, but yes lower then mfp. safer to go with a number in the middle of the two.

yes eat some of them back, I have a 1200 cal a day.... the days i go to the gym 3-4 days a week i do 1.5 hrs of cardio and 20 mins of strength training, i was not eating any of them back and would only lose about 0.2 pounds a week.
