The nutrition plan focuses not only on the equivalent calories, but on the quality and balance of calories (macros) that you're eating. If you're tracking all of that through mfp, I would say fine, but i definitely wasn't, so it was essential to my success overall.

I was just thinking this - those are the same people who say that Beach Body "is a fad" and "doesn't work" because they gain weight back after, or don't lose a million pounds during. They just aren't ready. To a certain extent I'm not either!!! But what did I do on day 22? I started insanity ;)

On the flip side, I loved the plates, and I'll definitely do it on off days for insanity. but i just had a baby, so seeing how much better I'm getting at all of the ab stuff is really encouraging to me. My stomach area is where I need the most work!

I'm done! Day 21 was yesterday, and i did all my measurements this morning. When all was said and done, I lost six pounds and 4 total inches! I lost 1.25 inches on my chest (went down a bra size!) i logged yesterday just to see if the calories were accurate - mine were dead on! i was so surprised for some reason. my number of containers are for the 1600-1700 calorie mark, and my calories ended up being 1648 - dead on for my calculation. i'm on day 5, and i'm steadily losing, so i didn't really think about logging…
