i can say i have one of the original shape ups extra thick soles and I wouldn't work out hard in them. I swear by their support and how great my feet and back feel after working at the hospital, but i feel like doing 30ds would cost me my ankle in them. for harder work outs i would suggest sticking to the lower platform

I've heard the research and it may help some but not enough to make dramatic results. also watch out for spicy sauces because many are high in sodium and can offset the benefits of the capsicum.

we all struggle. some days I go off plan and over eat. I travel and try not to force my diet on my family and as a result i'll have whole weekends off. this is a life long process so accept that you can't be perfect every time. learn from your mistakes and today is a new day.

the above posts are true. Also are you drinking water and getting lots of fiber. both help you have a full feeling. If i eat really healthy foods and fresh fruits and veggies I struggle to even get up to 1200 calories. it took awhile to find that balance but now i almost struggle to the other way

I agree. I tried the eating super well when i went out and i missed out and still went over. now i enjoy it (the hubby helps by splitting with me). If you want pack up half your order to be leftovers before you start eating and that cuts the calories in half.

I count days as my days. for instance, if i were working the night shift and sleeping during the day, I'd rather log my 24 hour schedule as it reflects in my life and habits instead of caring if it were Tuesday or Wednesday. have you checked your iron. you could be anemic which is indicated by exhaustion. try taking a prenatal multivitamin and see if it improves. take it since it had higher concentrations of iron.

I can't speak for you but for myself, my weigh in differs by a few pounds if i eat late verses early. I have just started trying to stay out of the kitchen after 7 pm so i can not say if it is true weight loss or if i am just more empty in the morning when i weigh in.
