Hey from Grants Pass! It was 100 days ago I joined MFP at the suggestion of my daughter. January 20th I decided enough was enough as I hit 232 pounds. I am now at 200 pounds! As we fell into our walking routine, she comes over every night, lays her head on the arm of my chair and wags her tail about 100 mph. I live in Oregon, and some nights it just rains too hard. Eventually she gives up and goes to bed, pouting. I will keep walking, without a doubt.

I have a full length glass storm door. I guess she starts sitting by the door every day about an hour before I get home. I have always looked forward to my welcome home reception from here. Good dog.
