I think it really depends on your body's metabolism. I make sure i'm eating my recommended daily calories (1300) however do not eat any of my excercise calories. I lose weight consistently at a healthy rate. When I don't eat enough or reach my daily calories is when I do NOT lose any weight. I think it's important to just…

As the site says when you are closing your food diary for the day "you are NOT eating enough calories". Excercising an hour a day every day and only eating 800 calories is not healthy. Follow the program as indicated and you will lose the extra weight.
