Well I had a great week for doing my exercise goals, but I had a couple of rough days with the good goals, but still happy I lost 2.2lbs, so I'm really happy with that.

Deliberately bought some pants earlier this year, as a ïm gong to get into those by Christmas'kind of motivation tool, and somehow managed to actually put them on by mistake, it was awesome once my brain woke up and actually looked at what I was wearing. Christmas came early for me this year.

Too easy, this is me all over. I walk everywehre because I don't drive, and I work as a disability support worker two days a week one of which is in the pool with clients, since I returned to work this year the weight has beenc oming off, especially when I behave with my calorie intake. It's a good plan

Hi I've also been told I have PCOS though they didn't actually find any cists, but, I was also told taht a low Gi diet works really well, and it has done for me in the past, Give it a try, it's easy as, as long as you can keep sugar out of your diet, and just watch your glucose intake in general. Need any help or info .let…

Yep Me, I'm in my mid 30's and have a gorgeous 2.5year old girl. I too struggl to find time to exercise and cook the right meals especially wnhen my hubby needs a lot more calories as me as he works outdoors all day. Would love any assistance in keeping moticated,to stay away from his really yummy food.
