really happy withmyself this week I lost 1..9lbs, hopefully I can keep that going, but I'm not really sure it happenned, so we'll see, at the end of the day I'm just glad to see the numbers dropping no matter how small the drop.

Thank you for puting anothr round together, I just added myself to the new spreadsheet, which is an awesome idea, as I got laost last round as to who had lost what, as some people seemed to be doing it for both rounds, and others for just the one. So thank you for making it simple.

I try to do that once a week I have what I call a treat day, I don't go nuts but I make sure I have something nice, something I've beenw anting all week, and it helps, and doesn't seem to affect my weight loss

lost 1.3lbs this week, but burnt heaps of calories, thinking it's just my body settling down to weight lose, I hope.

Did it somehow got to 65000 calories did a few extra walks and it added up really quickly.

somehow I managed a loss of 3.1lbs, was sick ate crap, somehow stayed within my calories but didn't do my usual amount of exercise. So I'm really happy with that. Back on track this week though
