Well as long as it does go up with exercise, that is good. It doesnt sound like it is low low like in the 40s. I would not want him working tht hard if it is that low. i put a little bit of lemon in my water, and keep it easy to reach for. it is hard if you have a busy lifestyle or just dont have a taste for water, but the more you drink it, the more of a desire you will have for water. dont quit!

any idea how fast you might have been walking? you might be able to calculate it that way. there is a "slow pace" in the exercise database. it could be a guesstimate.

i like that you chose to get on the bike. there are other ways to counter balance those sugar cravings. i am really surprised at how much sugar is in my diet, and i am eager to hear what everyone else does to combat it, because it is the devil!
