  • I also am addicted to sugar. I never can start a diet because I would eat just "one piece" and then could not stop. I had to do my own personal "detox". I picked a day and ate lots of protein, very low carb-didn't worry about calories. I had bad cravings for sugar the first day but the second was bettter. I am now on day 8…
