I saw this on Dr Oz last week; I'm going to try it; Konjac root fiber suppose to help keep you from feeling hungry, the show was about once you hit 40 and losing wt. I havent tried it yet but probably will this weekend, you can google it.

I dont think it is harmful; unless you feel you need it to get you through your workout. I've always read that it is best to eat afterward b/c your body is still burning calories after you workout, to help burn what you eat after your workout.

Eat a small good quality chocolate. I keep the Dove promises on hand for that reason. They are small and you can suck on it like hard candy it will last for a while. Enjoy.

You are eating way too much prepared/over processed foods, and since they are over processed extra sodium is added. Need to eat more fresh foods. I don't know how you lose weight eating all of that, but since you are 18 and I'm 41, it's a big difference. Trust me its a lot harder to lose the older you get. Good luck.

Be careful with yogurt, some yogurts are high in sugar, I didnt realize either. A nutrition class at my gym pointed this out to me. Take the number of sugar grams and divide by 4, that will give you the number of teaspoons of sugar. Example Yoplait orginal Strawberry has 27 grams of sugar divide that by 4 and you get 6.75…

Change your white bread to whole wheat or double fiber bread; add more protein, anything white turns to sugar (bread, pot, yogurt). Yogurt can be very deceiving, full of sugar, try cottage cheese instead also has a more protein. It does'nt look like you eat alot though.
