As already said go and grab one of the staff off the gym floor. They will be more than happy to take you through a few things.

I have only just started and I am on 30kg 8x5 with 6 press ups ( full ones not on your knees) in between each rep. On a proper bench with no incline.

I am about to start doing management shifts at work and needed uniform. So I tried on clothes a size smaller that I am in. They were too big so they ordered me 2 sizes smaller. They gave my waist shape and for the first time in years I wore a fitted polo shirt. When I got changed back into my current uniform it looked so…

I look great compared to what I did a few months ago and love all the comments I get. If I stop so will the compliments. I am proud of my training regime. I now do a minimum of 4 days a week in the gym and I no longer want to disappoint myself of my training buddy/PT.

I get used to get it really bad it too. Eliptical is worse but I also get it when I am on the treadmill. I try and adjust my feet to relieve it but it just comes back. Might try the peddle backwards thing, on the ET, next time it comes on but it has got better recently.

I have lived around various parts of the UK and have had to loose a bit of my Geordie ( Newcastle in the North East of England) accent for the same reason as above. When I go back home it comes back to full strength but people in Manchester, where I live now, put my accent as Welsh, Irish or Scottish.

Are you talking UK or US sizes?

You can add me too hun x

I am now another one that has a very iffy tummy after eating high greased food. KFC/ McD's and Chip Shop are bad but the worst is now Donner Kebabs. I have not been able to eat one of them for about 6 months. It gives me stomach cramps and then I spend the next 12 hours running to the loo. I am ok when I use oil in the…

I do not go out to make sure I eat back my exercise calories. I do not go out to make sure I do not eat back my exercise calories I plan my meals for the day. If I am in the red in the morning I KNOW I have to exercise or I will go hungry as I cannot eat what I know will satisfy me for the day. Try and not look to hard at…

I may eat more at the weekends but off set it by having a lot more sex then too. So it works for me!!!

Done both SW and WW. MFP is now the most successful aid I have used to correct my horrific dietary, and non exercise, habits. I am trundling towards my 2 stone lost and exercising at least 4 times a week, usually more. This may be online but it has done the world of good for me to have 'friends' there when I want them to…

Hi. Mine is open. It can be a bit of a hit or miss but I do do a lot of my own cooking so you can get some ideas from that. Anyone who wants to friend me is welcome but your diary must be open to friends as I like to read them to get some inspiration.

I am a 30DS girl too. Only cost me £5 from Amazon. Might go onto Youtube and have a look for some other work outs as there are some good suggestions here

I cannot get over the difference in how you look. As said it is inspiring to see that you can repair some of the damage your bad choices have done over the years. I would be carrying that last picture around in my purse as a reminder of what I have achieved for both myself and my family.

Hi there You can also add me. My daughter Samantha is also on here. She is also about your height and I am sure she would be ok with an add. She is MalteaserSam, and you can find her on my friends list.

Think of all the old grannies waving their loose skinned saggy arms in the air and shouting bingo down the local community centre. They are the nickname I use for the flabby bits under your arms.
-
I hate my bingo wings. I am back to swimming daily to try and help them but I think I am going to have to do some specific arm weights to battle them.

Hi I live close to Stockport. Feel free to add me too. Debs ( not to get too involved in the NW UK fight thing but how about sending someone a private memo rather than derailing their thread if a small error in their part geography wise pisses you off so much you have to be rude in public)

I had this problem at a place I worked. They were drinking milk even though names were written on the bottle. I had mine measured out for my diet and it was pissing me off to extremes. So I put a load, and I mean A LOAD, of salt in mine and marked it in great big letters on the bottle DO NOT DRINK. I got back to the staff…

Have date nights at home then. When the weather is better go out into the garden/back and set up the table and chairs. Light a Chiminea ( if you have one) and spend time together there. I agree dumping him is not what you need to do. You love the guy, he loves you and so you need to work through each issue.

When I used to go into Manchester on the train there was a guy and his dog who used to be sat not far from the station. He used to ask for money to buy his dog food so I started carrying cans of dog food with me. I stopped getting the train in a while ago but I still have a tin of dog food in my cupboard, just in case.
