Last week was my first week and I lost 3.4lb! I'm a big girl so my BMR and TDEE are pretty high... I was scared to eat more so last week I started small with just an extra 200 calories or so and it made a difference!

My favorite things from Trader Joe's are the heirloom tomatoes and frozen turkey burgers. Love the turkey burgers - $2.99 for a box of four. Very easy to make, cook fast and they are minimally processed. I hated turkey burgers til I tried those!

I usually eat 1700-1800 calories per day.. some things I do to get calories in: have a glass of milk with meals, eat peanut butter (the all natural kind), use olive oil when cooking, add avocado to a salad.

I enter it as high impact aerobics. You can also check http://www.zumbacalories.com/ but for me the calories burned from that site and high impact aerobics were almost identical.

I never leave the house without mascara, eyeliner and touching up my eyebrows! I use Bare Minerals eyebrow powder. It's a small pot but it lasts forever!

Thanks for posting this! My weight loss has slowed down and it's only been a little over a month! I have a lot of weight to lose and didn't think I could "plateau" so fast. I have been thinking of upping my calories and have been so scared even though there are a ton of people posting on here where it worked for them!

Multi (I used a Prenatal) Fish Oil Calcium with Magnesium and Zinc Glucosamine I have a hard time remembering to take my vitamins too... I keep them in my lunch bag @ work so every time I have my snacks or lunch it helps me remember!

We are doing a weight loss / healthy eating challenge at work so they brought in a nutritionist to do some classes with us. She recommended .5g - 1g per lb of body weight, depending on how active you are. Based on this I noticed that MFP's recommendation was low.

Depends. If I am hungry I have a snack (yogurt, peanut butter, etc). If I am craving something sweet I will have a Skinny Cow. If I'm not really hungry but want to get some calories in I drink a glass of milk.
