Thanks everybody. Since I wrote that I have even lost more weight. I have hit my goal of 225lbs making that a total of 265 lbs lost. I am so active now and my herniated discs don't bother me now. ( well not all the time...lol) But I am truely Living Life and Loving it!!! God Bless and stay strong.....Stay active!

But you all think it is actually worth the $149 and then $84 a year or are there other HRM's that do pretty much the same. The 2 thunkgs I don't care for is the monthly fee and the armband, I wished it was a wristband/watch type.

I see that the Bodymedia is $149 plus I think $6.95 a month. Do you HAVE to pay the monthly fee for it to work?
